Modern cabin studio/annexe accommodation within 5 minutes drive from University of Essex (Wivenhoe Campus) and 3 minute walk to train station. Just outside Colchester in a very quiet village location. Suitable for a single person as it's a studio type accommodation.

Has a large kitchen (comes with fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer), and ensuite toilet/shower room with triton electric shower. Fully furnished including TV, double bed, and a settee.

Private garden area, with a small shed/storage facilities available if needed.

I'm Looking for a respectful, tidy, quiet individual as myself (and a lodger) live at same location but in the main house. The cabin is situated at the end of the garden. No shared accommodation facilities.

Non smoker only. Must like animals as I have 2 cats and a small dog (Cockapoo) who you are likely to come across in the back garden.

Plenty of parking onsite. Alresford train station is a London mainline route. 3 shops and 3 takeaways within a few minutes walk. Lovely countryside walks in the village.

£750 per month, all bills included (subject to fair usage) as well as fast fibre optic broadband.

Minimum age is 25. No students or work from home will be considered.
