Hi everyone! I’m looking for a new housemate to share a lovely and quiet house in Alresford, just outside Colchester. It’s a calm, tidy home with a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for someone who values peace, privacy, and a friendly environment.

The available room is a bright single, fully furnished room, in great condition. You’d be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with only one other person (me). The house is very clean and has everything you need: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, shower, microwave and all essential furniture and appliances.

It’s a great spot for University of Essex students or young professionals who want a comfortable, peaceful place to stay that’s still well-connected to Colchester and campus (bus and train stop couple of minutes walk away.)
