Double room at unique location

We are working in transportation (most afternoons and evenings one of us at work) and looking for a new flatmate, preferable a male to fill our vacant room. Ideal for a person/ people who like tidy, nicely decorated environment close to nature in a quiet area preferable with a car.
The rent includes all bills and utilities.

The house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with garage in Belhus Park next to the leisure centre, golf course and big park, it’s the only house within 1/2mile with only one neighbour. There’s a good sized garden furnished with garden furniture, bbq grill and other cooking facilities. There are plants and vegetables also growing, so you could also get involved in gardening.
There is a large kitchen on the ground floor, which is fully equipped. There is a washing machine with dryer. The kitchen has a separate entrance, and each flatmate has a separate refrigerator.
There is a separate toilet; and a storage cupboard.
The rooms are located on the first floor. They are currently fully furnished, see the photos. You can modify these if you have your own furniture. There is a shared shower/toilet on the same floor.

6mins drive from centre of South Ockendon where you can find Lidl, Tesco Express, pharmacy, post office, other High Street stores. Other shopping areas ( Lakeside, Ikea, Costco) are 10mins drive away. The closest train station is Ockedon, 8mins drive or 10minutes bike ride away where you can get C2C trains to Fenchurch Street in half an hour.
