I have a room to rent in my house, it is a double room with all bills included.
House is 2 minutes from bus stop (on oyster route) and only 5 minutes bus ride from main line station (c2c) so 30 minutes and your in Central London.
Looking for a professional male or female, must be in work and be able to supply a work reference and a personal reference.
Room will have a double bed, large wardrobe.
Bathroom has bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Kitchen has cooker, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
Room will be available from the 19/05/2017
Deposit secures room, first months rent due before you receive keys.
There are currently 2 small dogs living there who are friendly, very clean and created when their owner is out.
House has Internet and basic Virgin tv included in your rent.
