I live in a Penthouse recently added to an 85 year old character building formerly part of the East London University campus.
The flat is 1,500 square feet and in addition has a 1,000 square foot balcony.
The available room is an en-suite double with massive wardrobe space and internet/tv connection.
Rent, excluding bills and parking is £625 pcm without parking and £750 with bills and parking.
I am a finance professional and live on my own.
I like a reasonably quiet life at the flat. The balcony is good for parties, but respect for neighbours is paramount.
I'm clean and tidy but not obsessively so.
