This is a very large room 5 minutes walk from Basildon town centre and the bus and train station (Fenchurch street line).

This is a council licensed House of multiple occupation.

There is no parking though a permit can be bought from the council.

Smoking is only allowed in your room no where else in the house.

While there is no security deposit there is a £20 refundable deposit for the keys.

You will be expected to tidy up after yourself in the communal areas after use.
