For rent a large double room close to both Basildon and Pitsea train station and local bus route.

The room is basic with furnishings ideal for short term or if you plan on long term add a few accessories to make it homely. But ideally we would prefer long term.

What we are looking for in a flat/house mate is someone who is social able and enjoys the company of others.

All bills are included within the rent, including the internet which is provided by virgin.

So what’s shared, the bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room and kitchen.

The rent is what it is, the deposit is for any damages and will be refunded upon completion of the agreed period of renting, The deposit maybe negotiable if the room if the room is occupied straight away.
