The monthly rent is fully inclusive of all bills- including gas and electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. The communal areas are cleaned weekly at no extra cost to yourself.
This house is fully licensed by Basildon Council and meets all fire and safety regulations. The property is managed by a professional landlord fully accredited by NRLA.

You will find us on a quiet residential estate within 20min walk from Basildon town centre and Basildon train station. A13 and A127 are closely situated with links to the M25.
