Room to rent

I have a small double room to rent, cost includes all bills, I have had a double bed, 2 wardrobes and a desk in room, although at moment there is only a single wardrobe in there, no bed! The walls are pink at top and grey on bottom, carpet and blind!
quiet neighbourhood, VERY large garden, use of kitchen, garden front room etc etc.
I do have 2 dogs but they are no trouble at all and sleep most of times as they are both old.
I am looking for someone who is ideally working, likes there own space and is quiet and respectful of the place they live not a party person!! I am open to Male and female lodgers.
I work 4 on 4 off and start very early so normally when I am at work you won’t see me as often. When I’m off I am either at gym or relaxing in garden!
Just me who lives here with my 2 dogs!
I do sometimes have my 2year old come round but not very often or we are normally out!
No smoker preferred but if you do smoke I don’t mind just please don’t smoke in house!
