I am also open to a Monday to Friday lodger at a lower rent, as day-to-day wear and tear is naturally lighter.

The property is in an excellent location, close to amenities, schools and good transport links. You would be sharing with just one other person who values a peaceful, respectful and easy-going living environment.

If keeping up with regular cleaning feels difficult to manage, we can consider arranging a biweekly cleaner for the communal areas. This would involve a small additional contribution of £34, and we can decide together if it feels right.
