Living Style

I like to keep the home comfortable, tidy and relaxed, and I appreciate open communication so that we both feel at ease. I am happy to agree gentle shared expectations around maintaining a peaceful and comfortable environment.

If keeping up with regular cleaning feels difficult to manage, we can explore arranging a biweekly cleaner for the communal areas. This would involve a small additional contribution of £34, and we can decide together if it feels right.

I am also open to a Monday to Friday lodger. The rent would be lower and day to day wear and tear would naturally be lighter.
