The accommodation is perfect for a non-smoking, clean, responsible and laidback working professional person (female preferred to complement the male female ratio in the house) who requires a great deal of storage space in a safe and secure environment which they can call home. WiFi and all bills are included.

The kitchen is clean, spacious and has the necessary appliances for cooking, laundry and storing frozen food.

It takes around 6 minutes to walk to the Train Station, only 2 minutes’ walk to the bus stop on a direct route to Basildon Town Centre with a journey time of 10 minutes., so, it is very convenient to live with or without a car. Free off-street parking is available in the quiet Cul-de-Sac Avenue.

Safety and security features include-CCTV, linked smoke detectors and 1 hour fire doors on all rooms. Sadly we cannot accept pets as our 2 geriatric rescued cats will have an adverse reaction (we tried this once before and it did not work)
