I’ve got a comfy, well furnished double room going in a clean, relaxed house in Basildon. It’s ideal for a non smoking, laid back employed professional who wants a quiet, safe place that actually feels like home, with housemates who are like minded, easy going and respectful.

Rent is £150.00 per week and includes all bills – council tax, utilities and TV license etc. I'm looking for someone considerate and tidy who’ll fit in with the chilled, drama free vibe and treat the place like their own. The location is really handy too; in around 10 minutes you can be at the railway station or in Basildon town centre, so commuting, shopping and going out are all straightforward. There’s both on street and off street parking, and the house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac road, which keeps things calm and peaceful when you get back at the end of the day.
