The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers, wall shelves, a fridge and a LED colour TV.

The spacious kitchen has the usual modern conveniences.

Looking for a professional non smoking person, who is friendly, laid back and considerate, who wants a comfortable room in a safe environment to call home.

We are all easy going, quiet and respectful of people around us.

The room will be available on 19 September 2024 when the existing lodger will move out.
