Will have access to:
- shared bathroom (with 1 other person).
- living space with smart television
- kitchen, with dishwasher, coffee machine etc.
- off road parking
- large garden and patio
- washing machine and dryer

Bills are included.

The house is a non smoking property with no pets (due to allergies).

8 minutes drive to both Laindon and Basildon C2C stations, where you can get a train into London in c. 30 minutes. 10 min drive to Billericay station where you can use the Greater Anglia Train line for London and other routes. Asda and Lidl are just round the corner and most other large supermarkets are within 10min drive.

I am a live in landlord so I ensure a safe, cosy, and comfortable living space and in return am looking for a considerate, clean tennant. I split my time between working from my home office and in the City, I tend to be out a lot in the evenings at the gym etc so the house is pretty quiet. House is a large sized property of 5 bedrooms but I will only rent two of the rooms so it's not overcrowded.
