We have a double bedroom for rent on the second floor in our lovely house. The room is completely refurbished and new!
Our house is really clean and maintained all the time, so you are expected to clean regularly just like all of us. The cleaning is done every week from all of us. The photos show how on a daily basis the house looks like. The photos are not staged!
We are a very quiet household of 3 professionals who don’t tolerate partying, noise and dirtiness.
The deposit for the room is £620 and if you want to save the room for yourself (after successful interview), you must pay £250 which is going to go towards your rent.
The rent is paid monthly on every 1st of the month. All the household bills are included and the house it’s 10/15 min walk both to Laindon and Basildon train stations.
There are convenient shops around the house, too.
We have a parking in front of the house, but not garage.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside of the house is not allowed.
Drugs are prohibited in or around the property.
You will need to provide reference of your job, aka your payslip and reference from your previous household.
On the day of your viewing you are going to meet us, the tenants.
