I'm looking for a **second friendly housemate** to join my spacious home from the end of December. Ideally, someone who works on-site, as I work from home. I'm seeking a non-smoker who values a clean and tidy living space.

Room 1. Available from late December 2024
- A generously-sized double room with plenty of natural light, offering a comfortable and relaxing living space, available from the end of December 2024.
- You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate, ensuring convenience and comfort.

Room 2. Available from Mid January 2025
- The spacious first room pictured in this ad will become available again in February 2025.
