I’m looking for **two friendly housemates** to join my spacious home from **early January 2025**. Ideally, individuals who work on-site or hybrid, as I work from home full-time. I’m seeking non-smokers who value a clean and tidy living space.

Basildon offers excellent transport links for those working in London or nearby areas. The house is within a 5-mile radius of several train stations, including:
- Basildon Station: Direct trains to London Fenchurch Street and other stops on the C2C line.
- Pitsea Station Connecting to London and Southend.
- Laindon Station: Offering additional routes to London and nearby destinations.

With reliable train connections and proximity to motorways (A127, A13, M25, and A130), commuting is hassle-free.
