Single room for rent

I’m looking for a decent person to rent my spare single room in my flat, I’m a working male, live alone and have my daughter with me few nights every week, the flat is always quite so I’d say is a good environment to live in, I don’t share the living room as my daughter sleeps in it so I only offer the use of the single room , bathroom., hallway and kitchen, I have a washing machine and a tumble dryer to offer and there is also parking available.
I ask for 200 pounds deposit on the day you move in plus a month rent on the first day.
