Lovely and neat big double to let

The accommodation is modern and neat, close to train station and shops. There are 3 bedrooms in the house. I am using one and the living room. There are 2 rooms available for rent, each for a tenant, bills included. The tenants should be clean and well behaved person. Remember that this is a private house, so, use it in a way that you want your house to be used. The house should be kept clean at all time. Rent should be paid timely.
