Spacious single room in Popular Noakbridge

The Room
A newly refurbished, spacious single room with plenty of storage. The house is calm, quiet, and has a relaxed feel - ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful home.

The House
The main house is shared with two tenants who are both respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. The neighbours are friendly, and the area is safe and settled.

This room isn’t intended as a long-term, year-on-year let, but would suit someone looking for a 3–12 month stay. First and last month’s rent is required upfront.

I’m a live-in landlord, though I have a separate studio apartment. I occasionally use the kitchen and living room but I’m generally not around much in the evenings and work away often.

Location
The property is in Noak Bridge, with good bus routes and local amenities close by. It’s widely considered one of the nicest parts of Basildon to live, with Billericay just up the road.

Please note
My SpareRoom preference is currently set to female. This is simply because there are already two males in the property and I’d like to keep the household balance as neutral as possible. It’s just a personal preference and nothing personal at all. Previously I have taken on people who are not from the area and are for work for 1-3 years.
