The room is a new refurbished spacious single room, with ample storage for clothes. The house is a unique quiet and peaceful home. The main house is shared with two Tenants who are both respectful and tidy. The neighbours are lovely and the area is safe and sound.

This isn’t a room that designed for a long term year on year arrangement but would work for someone needing a 3-12 month contract. It is a strictly a first and last month rent upfront agreement.

I'm a live-in-landlord but I have a separate studio apartment. I still use the kitchen & living room occasionally but never around much in the evenings.

You’ll see there are lots to bus routes through Noakbridge and lots of amenities near by, it’s easily the best part of Basildon to live and Billericay is not far up the road.
