Double rooms to let in modern newly renovated house, bills included. Own TV, ensuite shower/toilet and own fridge in main kitchen as well as washing machine, dryer and oven available. Two rooms include own kitchenette. Private garden and off street parking for up to 6 vehicles.
Double ottoman bed provided plus wardrobe and drawers. Own bedroom door with lock.
Couples considered with rent adjusted accordingly.
Strictly no pets or smoking.
Please note before applying:
-Proof of identity (two forms) required from all prospective tenants, one of which must be a photocard driving licence or passport.
-We require 3 months bank statements as proof of residency at your current address and to check income and expenditure.
-We complete a credit check (with tenant's written authority) to ensure the tenant is not in debt and doesn't have a poor credit history. This check will confirm residency, whether tenant has any outstanding or unsettled County Court Judgements (CCJs) against them, and that no bankruptcy orders have been lodged against them.
-We also require confirmation of employment from the tenants employer on company letter headed paper, confirming the tenant’s current and permanent employment, and salary to ensure they're earning a minimum of 2.5 times the rent, which should ideally be no more than 30% of their salary.
-We ask for a previous landlord’s reference from the tenant’s current landlord (if they have one), or from a former landlord using details from a previous tenancy agreement, to make sure the tenant doesn’t have any outstanding rent arrears and hasn't caused damage to a previous rental. If you cannot fulfil these requirements, please do not apply.
