I have 1 Double room available in the Basildon area.

The room itself is furnished with a double wardrobe, double bed and also a chest of drawers.

There is also plenty of off street parking. Round the side and back of the house.

Ideally located just 2 minutes walk from Pitsea train station which runs into London via Fenchurch Street.

The property has a large kitchen which includes a washing machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, American Fridge Freezer and Kitchen essentials including table. All Rooms have WIFI/broadband.

Tescos Pitsea is 1 minute walk away and there is also a local convenience store at the end of the road.

Initial 6 month contract with the view to longer if all parties are happy.

Tenants currently operate a cleaning rota for communal areas aswell as all contributing a small amount of £5 per month to the cleaning products for this.
