I have a double room available at the end of the month in a nice clean two bed non-smoking flat share with myself. I'm an easy going, relaxed guy. Work in the city so socially am relatively quiet during the week. Generally busy out and about at the weekends though. Looking for someone (male or female) similar really, up for the odd impromptu drink here and there.

The rent is £370pcm inclusive of all bills, virgin television and broadband etc. One months rent deposit required too.

Flat is in a quiet road situated between Basildon town centre/train station (6 mins walk to town, 10 mins to station) and Gloucester Park (5mins). Walking distance to Festival Leisure and the sporting village also (both approx 15 mins).

If you have a car there is permit parking available on the street. (Mon-Sat 9-5) Currently £25 per year.
