Double Room available for Rent

Professional, young female looking for a house mate to rent a double room in my three bedroom house. The house is in Langdon Hills, a central location being about a ten minute walk to Laindon Station. The area is very quiet, being next to the nature reserve but only a short drive to Basildon town centre which has all the usual amenities and night life.

The room is a good sized double with a bed and fitted wardrobes included so there is a lot of storage. The room has not long ago been decorated so is ready for someone to move in. Whilst my house is three bedrooms, I will be the only other person living there for the duration of the let, so no long queues for the bathroom in the morning! You can have full use of the communal areas such as kitchen, laundry, living room, garden etc. I have Sky in the living room & there is also wireless broadband available. There is a communal car park which you can use. Most of the bills are included the only thing that isn't included is the heating bill which comes in every 3months and there may be an extra cost for electricity occasionally.

I am a professional who works in the city and am looking for an easy going individual who is tidy and considerate, but not completely boring!
