Double room available

Hi there,

We would like to rent out our spare double bedroom to the female. We are a couple 30+ living in 2 bedroom house with garden and parking space and 1 cat Zeus and puppy Masha. Our cat come home only to eat and don't bother anybody. A dog is a very friendly and small.
We just renovated a house and looking to rent a spare room to easy going professional female .
We are both working long hours so most of time not at home.
Nice bathroom, new carpet, oak solid floor, a wood burner .All bills included. Free internet.
We didn't put a picture of room yet as it is unfurnished at the moment. Once we decide who a tenant would be we get a bed/wardrobe , etc. Looking for some one to be clean and tidy and pay a rent on time:)))
