Double room on top floor (third floor) of brand new block of flats in Basildon town centre. Access to own bathroom. You are more than welcome to change the bed to a single, although even with a double there is enough room for a chest of drawers/wardrobe. The flat has 2 bedrooms which I occupy 1 of. This let is Sunday-Thursday night. Perfect for commuters, 10 min walk to station. Parking available after 5pm weekdays and all day Sunday.

I am looking for a quiet female professional to lodge during the week.

I am very flexible and welcome short term lets. All bills are included in the rent.
