Lovely Furnished Double Room

We have a double room in a lovely and spacious 3 bedroom house available from immediately.
We are looking for someone who would like to live in a clean and comfortable environment with a homely feel.

This is a short-term let for up to 6 months (till end October).

The house has a cute front garden and a large decked back garden and has off-street parking at the front and back of the house. There is a stylish 4-piece bathroom and second toilet downstairs.
The rooms are fully furnished and have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

The house is a 15 minute walk from Pitsea station, which provides fast access (40 minutes) to London Fenchurch Street. It is 15 minutes walk to local amenities including a Tesco Extra and is 2 miles from Basildon Town Centre.

I am away almost fully, except for a few days every couple of months or so . So you will be sharing the house with only the other lodger (a 25-year old female) most of the time.

All bills are included in the rent. You will have full use of all communal areas.
