I am a professional non smoking lady looking for a female professional non smoker with no pets to rent a double room in a property in Lee Chapel South within a walking distance to Basildon Hospital, town centre, train and bus stations.

All bills are included except landline telephone and gas bill will be reviewed during winter months taking into account increased heating demands.
