Available Monday to Friday morning only, as i have family stay weekend's. A two bedroom house no other tenants, no fight for the kitchen just me ! Fully furnished, room 5 metres x 4 metres, king size bed newly fitted en suite, house recently decorated.
Parking on the drive, nicely decorated throughout, garden, bills included, full use of amenities. the room would suit someone who works at least standard hours and enjoys a quiet environment as I work full time from home. I am situated 5 minute drive to the railway station or a 15 minute walk and a 5 minute drive to either A 127 or A 13.
