Double bedroom available now in luxury detached house.

5 min walk to Pitsea Station; easy 40 min commute to the City. Hospital is a 5 min drive. Great access to the A13.

The room contains a King-Sized bed with plenty of storage space. There may also be overspill storage available in the garage / loft if necessary.

Large (shared) bathroom with bath/shower and separate stand-alone walk in shower that I do not use.

Downstairs bathroom (no shower facilities).

Relaxing garden with lovely decked area.

Parking.

Shared large lounge / diner / kitchen.

Very friendly non-barking Labrador and two cute cats. The carpets are washed monthly and I have a cleaner come in weekly for a few hours.

Sky (Sports UHD), Internet, Utility Bills and Council Tax included.

No smoking inside the house; outside is fine.

You will be required to assist in keeping the house clean and tidy but nothing exceptional (i. e. clear up after yourself); as mentioned there is a cleaner each week who will clean your room. I have respect for the neighbours so would prefer not to have noise at all hours. Although I am not against the occasional person staying over I am renting to a single occupant not to partners and children.

I am clean, tidy, outgoing, sociable and very easy to live / get on with. I have a couple of degrees and can hold a conversation and would ideally like someone similar. I travel for several months of the year and occasionally work shifts or stay at my girlfriends so am often not about.
