We are looking for a working professional for a double en-suite bedroom for single occupancy, in a lovely refurbished executive co-living house in a sought after, quiet area of Basildon.

The house is within walking distance of the town centre (7 minutes) and rail station. It is also conveniently situated for easy access to the hospital (short bike ride or 15 minute walk).

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, with 2 fridge freezers, 6 ring hob freestanding stove with 3 ovens and a free standing microwave. 2 washing machines and tumble dryer can be found in the utility area and a purpose built drying room for hanging clothes. There is a glass dining table and chairs in the kitchen and a lounge area with soft seating and 40” wall hung smart TV, with views out onto the garden and patio.

There is currently one double en-suite bedroom available from 1st December. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps. There is also a wall mounted smart TV.

There is parking on the drive and free parking in the cul de sac road.

The monthly room rate includes all utility bills, fibre wifi, TV licence and council tax etc. A regular weekly cleaning service for the communal areas is also included. A garden with patio is provided for all tenants and a weekly gardener in the growing season.

There is a very large shed for storing bikes and bulkier belongings such as suitcases.

The room is available from 1st December. A holding deposit of £189 will be required to secure the room in addition to the deposit. Both deposits are refundable at the end of the tenancy. Rent is payable monthly in advance.
