A Super Clean and large double bedroom in a well maintained mid-terraced house. The room has a large bed, big wardrobe ,storage facilities, desk, television -other furniture can be added or remove if desire . My housemate who’s been with me for 2 years is still here hence the photos.
The kitchen is open plan with fully integrated NEFF appliances, Bathroom has the standard three-piece suite with bathtub and power shower. We have a large private garden both in front and back of the house.
Located off Goresbrook Road with Becontree Station (District Line) within walking distance approximately 8-10 minutes.
Dagenham Heathway Station (District Line) - 15 minutes walk
Dagenham Dock- ( C2C railway) 12 minutes walk - this train will take you within 25 minutes to Fenchurch Street Station.

Cinema, Restaurants, Leisure Park and The Gym Group is open 24 hours are all within 2 minutes walk.
Supermarkets , DIY Stores, Pet Stores and convenience stores are within close proximity. in addition If you have a car its good news as off -street Parking is available in the area, Stratford Westfield, Canary Wharf ,Lakeside are all within 15-20minutes from the house.

We are a household of professionals who enjoy sharing meals ,watching films and socialising together so cleanliness and respect for eachother is essential. We also have a very loving labradoodle so must be pet friendly :)
