It is important that you are a professional in a full time career, working daytime hours at a separate place of employment.
(The vacant room is not suitable for working from home).

The housemates are clean, tidy, respectful and friendly, so you will be made to feel welcome.

For the house hold security and house insurance purposes you will be required to provide an up to date DBS certificate before moving in.

A DBS certificate can be obtained on line at a cost of around £18 from . GOV, if not already obtained this should be applied for once you have placed your deposit in order to secure your room.
