Small double to rent in comfortable Bungalow. South Benfleet location 7 minutes walk to main line station to Fenchurch street station C2C trains . Close to A13, A130 also A127. Lovely area near Leigh-On-Sea Chalkwell & Westcliff. . Need very tidy person as I like to keep a clean house no clutter. Driveway for off street parking. South west facing garden so it’s a sun trap in our summer (when we get them) so if you like sitting in my small garden you’re in luck with a drink. I am easy going person I have also a small dog who does love people so I suppose you would have to like dogs really because she would get on your nerves because she likes to have a fuss made of her. The room come’s furnished. My house has been a working process I have slowly been refurbishing it. I need someone I click with and that is thoroughly tidy especially in the bathroom area. It’s close walking distance to local shops Sainsbury’s Co’op Greg’s Spar plenty of restaurants & take outs all in the High road. Large park within yards so in good position but quite road.. This is strictly a no smoking household inside & out. I like to keep a tidy house not looking for someone I have to tidy up after. Also I’m not looking for someone that works from home, I would probably suit a mature male so if you think it would suit you message me. Strictly NO COUPLES!!
