We have a spare room available for rent - double bed and fully furnished.
Here's a little about us 🙂...
Me and my husband live in Benfleet right by Tarpots. I'm 35 and he is 39 years old. We have a 3 bedroom semi with 2 dogs.
One is a 12 year old Bichon Frise called lily (blind but crafty) the other is a 6 year old Cockapoo called Lola.
We have off street parking to fit 3 cars (we have 1).
Have all main amenities walking distance.
Benfleet Train station is a 35 min walk or 5 min taxi.
We both work full time, but I work 2 days in office and 3 days home.
Room is fully furnished double room with TV (Netflix) with an Alexa.
Unfortunately we don't have not an en suite but we do have a second toilet downstairs..
We have a lovely garden to share with plenty of seating - pond also to chill by.
We are located down a cul de sac next to a lovely local park should you want privacy.
