Very well kept apartment with full kitchen amenities and living space. 55” tv with Sky Q (full sports and movie package included), Netflix and Disney+ as well as BT Wi-Fi.

I am very house proud and am looking for someone like-minded. I work five days per week in an office and I usually train at the gym after work 3 nights per week and once on the weekends.

My interests are boxing, karate, football, darts (I have a dartboard setup so will be happy to give you a game or two), films and music. Very laid back person but I will not tolerate smoking in the apartment (including vapes) or drugs. There is a decent sized communal garden to the rear of the property. I am lucky to have very friendly neighbours who are very welcoming.

Parking is available on the street adjacent to the apartment block (you will be able to see your car from the bedroom window). I do have a parking permit available that will allow you to park in the ‘visitor bay’ in the main car park for short time periods.

Plenty of local pubs, shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Bus route to Benfleet train station located a short walk away.
