Has shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden .
Also has a down stairs bathroom.
Rooms is fully furnished (could do with a wardrobe/pole)

Sharing with myself (live in tenant):
I am 28 years old and I love travelling, I am out and about on most of the weekends, I've just got back from a hiking trip in Italy. Not fussed about having males or females, the main thing is that we get on and can have a laugh! No worries if you want to be left to it in your room or If you fancy a spontaneous walk with some drinks. I'm pretty easy to get on 🤙🏻

I do have a cat, her name is Flo and she is very affectionate but is just as happy to leave you be if no affection is forthcoming. Obviously not ideal if you have any allergies but otherwise she will be a great addition into your life!

This will be a 1 month rolling contract as I'm in the attempted process of selling my house.. however this could take anywhere between 3 and 9 months. Last year i gave up selling it all together, so who knows!

One month's rent £650 in advance.
