I have a clean and fresh single room to rent in my 2 bedroom chalet bungalow. The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet and double wardrobe. The room is directly next to a newly fitted bathroom with shower.

Conservatory and garden with garden furniture.

My bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a shower room so no queues for the bathroom!

I am looking for a clean and tidy non-smoking professional person to share my living space. My reason for renting a room in my house is to give me another income which would help pay the running costs of my house.

All reasonable bills included.
Wifi available.
£350. 00 per calendar month in advance and 1 month deposit required.

The house is located within walking distance of the local pub, shops and amenities.

It is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood.
