This is a large double room for rent.

There is a private bathroom at the end of the corridor- cleaner attends every other week to clean bathroom.

Comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and TV. Please note there is no single bed in this room as shown in pics.

Parking on large driveway available, 17 min walk to the train station.

Full use of kitchen including utensils and dining room.

Garden and garage also.

Great location right by shops/ restaurants and pubs.

We are a female & male couple aged 34 and 45. Friendly and like a chat but our lounge is private to us. We are both emergency service workers and this room is only available to fellow emergency services workers or those in a similar sort of role. We sometimes work nights so need a flatmate that understands and is respectful of this.

Our current flatmate has been with us for 2.5 years but he recently retired and re-located.

All bills included.

This room is available from 01/07/25 but if it is needed earlier we have another room that could be used temporarily if needed for the right flatmate!
