Hi I have a room to rent in my house in benfleet. Its got a single bed in there at the moment as our last tenant wanted to bring her desk. There is room for a double if needed.
The house is not far from tarpots on the a13 with easy travel to London and Southend by road ... Great bus links. The rail isn't far either .. Fenchurch St/Shoebury line. Basildon hospitals really not far if you work there.
My two daughters live in the house both in their early 20's. Also the lodger who's been in the smallest room for a year and a half and he wants to stayin there. There are 2 dalmatians who aren't supposed to go upstairs, though I havey suspicions...
