Double room to rent in 2 bedroom flat

I live in a large 2 bedroom flat on one level with shared bathroom /kitchen and living room. Bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and chest drawers There is plenty of parking space at the back of the flat if needed .
All bills included in the rent and broadband and if required will get virgin tv box in the bedroom . Also is 15 minutes walk to station and 10 minutes to shops.
This is monday to friday let as in i like friday evening and saturday and sunday to myself but will consider full week if you are someone who is not in all weekend but rent would be more than stated .
I am a very tidy and organised person so would prefer someone who is also like this and to keep the bedroom and bathroom tidy as they found it. Also i have a cleaner which also is in with the rent so this means cleaner will clean your room too once a week so you just have to tidy as u go like after cooking and shower etc.
I also am very friendly happy person but would like someone who respects my privacy as i would theirs i am out every day not back until evening of which i then work from home my office is in the frontroom so whilst i am working which is normally around 9pm till late i do need quiet time also I am fairly quiet as in don't have visitors round all the time and also am bit of a night owl so if you are a light sleeper then would not be the right place for you.
I also have a cat but is no trouble.
