I am looking for a mature and responsible tenant whom I can trust to take care of my home in my absence. The cottage is set in the conservation area of South Benfleet and is a five minute walk to Benfleet station. 35 minutes to London Fenchurch street. Close to shops restaurants and local pubs. This is ideal for commuters as you are within easy access of Southend and London. Full use of kitchen with All mod cons avaiable including washing machine tumble dryer fridge freezer microwave etc. Short terms lets considered.
