High Street within 15 minute walk.
Bus routes into Chelmsford, Basildon, Lakeside, East London.

Open plan downstairs with dining area, lounge and kitchen with breakfast bar.

Two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom.

On-street parking available outside the house and two guest parking spaces next to the house.

Front and back garden with a bar, bbq and patio area.

Housemate will have full use of kitchen appliances, cups, plates, utensils etc.

Seeking a working professional who works out of home.

I'm pretty laid back, you'd be able to have friends over at weekends and would be cool to have someone to go for a drink with, or gym with!
