The apartment has recently been completely renovated and everything is brand new.

A large double room is available and there are two other tenants. One male, one female. The room has a large bed, very large wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv socket. I (one of the female tenants) travel extensively for work and I am not always present. The other housemate is a professional male who works nearby. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin, again all brand new and it is shared with one female. The largest room has an en-suite.

We would like someone respectful to the property but also fun and trustworthy.
