Loft in family home with its own kitchen and bath

My daughter is away for a month in June and this room is available only during the time she is away. From 8 June for one month.

There is parking. The loft is self contained with its own large kitchen and bathroom. We have dogs, but we won't be able to accommodate any animals.

We are 18-20 min walk from Billericay train station via a bridal paths. The loft is extremely cute and fully furnished with a electric fire place. The loft has a large bathroom, with bathtub and a large modern kitchen and is fully equipped. There is a double bed and dawn duvet cover and pillows. It is light enjoyable space and has windows in the ceiling. The windows have blinds, if needed.
