I’m offering a lovely room in a clean and peaceful home in Billericay. I live in the property myself and I keep the house to a high standard, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a calm, tidy and respectful environment.

The house is well maintained, quiet, and ideal for someone who values their own space and a relaxed atmosphere after work.

I’m an easy-going, respectful and organised person, working full-time, and I prefer a home that feels comfortable, clean and stress-free rather than busy or noisy.

The room is furnished, and a wardrobe is currently on order and will be installed soon. If needed, I’m also happy to arrange a TV in the room.
