I have a furnished double room to rent in an immaculate three bedroom house. House fixtures include: central heating, washing machine, fridge/freezer, broadband, garden, bath with separate shower, conservatory etc. The room itself has a memory foam mattress bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and TV point.

The house is in a fantastic Billericay location – 10mins walk to Station (direct line 30 minutes to London Liverpool Street), 2mins walk to newsagents/post office/takeaways, 5mins walk to park, 10mins walk to supermarket, 15mins walk to High Street, close reach of A127/A12/M25. The road itself is quiet and safe with lots of parking.

I am a professional male, pretty easy going and quiet, and would like a tenant that is similar and respectful of the house, privacy, etc. Im only letting 1 of the other 2 bedrooms, so the house will be quiet, clean and tidy.
