The person who rents the room is welcome to use the large kitchen with cooker & oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. S/he can also use the lounge/dining room, garden and off street parking.

A cleaner and gardener comes in twice a month to clean the house and maintain the garden. These charges are not paid by the tenant.

The house is 15 -20 minutes walking distance to Billericay town centre and station. Liverpool Street is just 30 mins on the train, and Shenfield is the next station to Billericay linking trains to Chelmsford and Colchester. Billericay is about ten miles south of Chelmsford and there is a frequent bus service there and to Basildon six miles south of Billericay.

£350 security deposit in advance - refundable at end of tenancy.
