Situated right next to the South Green shops for all conveniences, including bus stop to town/station (walk to high street 20 mins).

Occupant will have the top floor to themselves (loft conversion), two rooms, bathroom and kitchenette. Rooms have sloping ceilings to one side so perhaps not suitable for someone over 6'1 (although a previous lodger was 6'3!!).

Young(ish) couple own and living here, with 2 year old boy and 4 month old girl. Very nice quiet area with friendly neighbours. Good garden space to enjoy.

Occupant will be someone who likes a clean and quiet environment, who will look after their space. Not after a night owl. No smokers or pets - sorry.
