Room to rent

Small double room to rent in cosy home. Female and small doggy looking for housemate in quiet area of Boreham. Plenty of amenities within walking distance and parking always available.

The room is small but fits a double bed comfortably. There is a chest of drawers, bedside unit, under bed ottoman storage available and a TV on the wall. The 4ft double bed and mattress are brand new.

The house has a lounge, dining area, downstairs WC, three bedrooms, upstairs (shared) bathroom and a small garden with patio. I currently use the third bedroom as an office as I work from home 8-4 mon - fri.

I currently have a temporary but working kitchen, and am hoping to have this replaced very soon!

I have a washer dryer located in an out house just outside the back door.

There is plenty of un-allocated parking bays opposite and around the property.

The area:
If you don’t know the village, there are three pubs, one being the lion inn which does great food and comedy nights, 2 convenience stores, hairdressers, doctors, pharmacy, chip shop, Chinese, butchers, church, village hall (offering exercise classes etc.), a couple of parks and plenty of countryside walks a stones throw away. I am about a ten minute drive to Chelmsford city Centre, a five minute drive to Hatfield Peveral train station, and the even closer station at Beaulieu arriving in sept. The village has a regular bus service with the stop located only a two minute walk that runs every half hour.

Me:
I am 37, female, don’t smoke and work full time from home. I am laid back and easy to get along with!

Ideally looking for someone who is out for work during the day so I am able to work without distraction. I wouldn’t be suited to someone who works nights and needs to sleep during the day as I am often on meetings in the next room. I would prefer to share with a female.
