We have a lovely double room with own bathroom, not ensuite, but on same landing at separate from our room. 2 spaces and kitchen downstairs. As well as good garden space. Easy access to chelmsford and London, mainline St 2miles, bus stop 2min walk, A12 2min drive. Applicant must be dog friendly, as we have 2, 1 is a little timid, ideally looking for a professional, as it's early starts here. Meals not incl but could be discussed, pets, dog would be considered, dependant on ours, sorry, no cats, smoking downstairs only.
