🚍 Great transport links: There's a bus stop right outside the house, making it easy to get to Chelmsford (25 min by bus) or Colchester.
🚆 If you work or study in London — convenient commute from Chelmsford or Hatfield Peverel stations. A new station (Beaulieu Park) is being built nearby and is expected to open in October.
🌳 The area is beautiful — close to the river and nature.
